Apostle G. R. Dailey
Born August 31, 1943 Apostle Dailey is the son of the late Rev. George R. Dailey and Mother Louise Elizabeth Dailey. His mother declared that he was an unusual child from his birth. In fact, it was prophesied while he was in the womb that he would be a male child anointed to preach the Gospel.
Developing a variety of interest during his childhood, he seemed to excel in music and learned to play the piano, organ, drums, guitar all without a teacher. He played for the family group "The Dailey Singers" until they disbanded and became a recognized organist in many Philadelphia churches.
He was saved as a young man still in college and called to the ministry at the age of 22. His service to the church continued as Choir Director for the National Temple Choir, Jr. Church Pastor for headquarters church, National Choir Director, Business Director for the National Church and was one of the founding fathers of K.C.C.R. Later he became Pastor and founder of New Bethel House of Prayer in Baltimore and served as the State Superintendent of Maryland for several years. In 1995 he became the Director of Operations for Africa and moved permanently to Zimbabwe in 1998. Since that time the House of God has experienced unparalled growth both numerically and spiritually developing churches in 10 countries.
In the secular world he developed keen analytical and technical skills. Those skills propelled him to the position of Senior Vice President of Administration for the Zurich Group, a position he later resigned from to devote full-time to the ministry. He has been a guest lecturer on Strategic Business Development at international forums in Belgium, Finland, Germany and throughout the United States. At the same time he has written several books on broad theological subjects that have benefited many around the world.
The father of four children, Apostle Dailey is a devoted family man. He has been married to the former Juanita C. Rawlings since 1963. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University is a licensed pilot, speaks several languages, serves as a member of the Board of Directors and chairs the Board of Apostles and the Guiding Star Committee. Apostle Dailey's favorite scripture is 1 Corinthians 7:22 - 23 "For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant. Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men".
