We’re seeking a strategic Director of Program and Fund Development to design and
implement revenue-generating programs that drive our church’s mission forward. This is your

What You’ll Lead: ● Strategic fundraising initiatives – annual fund, major gifts, planned giving ●
Innovative revenue programs aligned with our mission and purpose ● Partnership development
and resource cultivation ● Grant writing and solicitation for national church programs ●
Development of House of God bookstore (physical + e-commerce) ● Marketing campaign
partnerships and donor engagement strategies

Your Strategic Focus:
 Lead in day-to-day fundraising management
 Develop strategic plans supporting long-term organizational goals
 Cultivate the church’s portfolio of major gift prospects
 Execute prospect research, identification, and qualification
 Plan donor-focused special events and recognition programs
 Implement online giving and planned giving platforms
 Create comprehensive annual reporting on development progress

What You Bring:
 Bachelor’s degree required (master’s preferred)
 5+ years funding development experience with proven track record of success
 Success soliciting and closing major/leadership gifts in nonprofit setting
 Comprehensive campaign experience
 Team/project/program leadership experience
 Strong collaboration skills with volunteers and trustees
