The House of God Credential Board is seeking a dynamic, experienced executive-level assistant who thrives in fast-paced, forward-thinking environments and loves leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive organizational excellence. This isn’t your typical admin role – you’ll be a critical contributor in shaping the future operations of our transformational and transforming Credential Board.
What You’ll Do:
– Orchestrate seamless Board meeting logistics for Board Members and Credential Board candidates
– Administer accurate and timely credentialing documents
– Serve as a trusted liaison between Credential Board members and organizational leadership- Maintain meticulous Credential Board records and champion Board governance
– Harness the power of technology to streamline and enhance operational efficiency and transparency, including organizing virtual meetings and cloud-based ecosystems
– Draft accurate, professional correspondence
– Build and nurture meaningful relationships across all stakeholder levels
– Safeguard sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion
What We’re Looking For:
– 3+ years of executive-level administrative support experience
– **Advanced proficiency** in modern technology and Microsoft Office Suite
– **Bachelor’s degree preferred** (exceptional experience may substitute)
