Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 

I pray this email finds you all well. Once again, I am looking forward to worshipping with saints from around the world at the upcoming conference. Our Chief Apostle personally planned this year's conference with you in mind. I am excited to announce the program outline and give instructions concerning our conference protocols. Registration will be free to all attendees; this registration will include the conference program; we require all that plan to attend to register. This registration will ensure a proper head count as we prepare for your arrival and have adequate health protocols in place. Our National Nurses' Guild President, Elect Lady Gwen Holloman, established the health protocols for our meeting. With her guidance, we require all saints to complete the health survey daily. This digital (or paper) screener can be completed before daily arrival. You will receive a text/email link to complete the survey before the daily activities. After you are screened, you can use the FastPass lane for the day's activities. We will instruct more about this process in the coming days. 

There have been many questions about vendors, attire, and lunch. Per our Chief Apostle, we will not have vendors set up this year; this is a safety precaution. Also, this year we are asking all that can to be in white attire on Sabbath Day. Finally, lunch will be catered by Jimmy John's and Panera Bread (see the registration link for details). The cut-off for lunch payment & registration is July 11, 2022; after that date, no orders will be accepted.
